Pros

-The office space. It gives you a corporate feel. -Management isn't too bad. But then it depends on the mood of the manager. -Incentives.

Cons

Not too many incentives. It already has an upper cap. That isn't too motivational when you want to grow. The hiring process could be so much better. It's not at all organised.

Pros

If you are an self-motivated person who want to get involved with the sales department is a very good option. It has potentials, good commissions and you can manage your own program .

Cons

If you are not a sales man don't get involved at all . The company is really focused on the man power of the agencies and demanding in the same way, in order to be a professional insurance agent.
