Good campus which I bet you will never have time to enjoy if you are a lead developer
Cons
I dont know where to start. In short management wants everything then and there although there are processes already defined by the company. In other words they say somehow make it work. And bonus point is no matter how industrious you are and how technical you are and witty in doing the things by surpassing the processes you will end up working literally 80 hours a week most of the weeks.
