When it is not production release day, most people can go home around 5. OT at weekend is very rare

Cons

Middle level management has no idea or care team member's well being or interests. Yea they talk a lot about how caring they are but they don't. All most all managers are just managing up. Below average pay

Some of the employees are wonderful people and have a great work ethic.

Cons

Very little structure and no accountability from Senior Management. Communication and Collaboration is a word they like to use, but unfortunately neither are put into practice. Need some leadership on the ground.
