Pros

There is opportunity for overtime and free lunch if you work through lunch

Cons

The systems are quite unstable and upper management will not make the investment to fix them. Training is inadequate and support is lacking when you need it.

Pros

You get to work from home. Co-workers are amazing

Cons

Management are butt kissers, little to no support, and they take no accountability for things that they say are supposed to be done but it never gets done

Pros

Co-workers were great-teamwork, mentoring, & social. Had numerous opportunities to take on special projects & assignments. The work was always interesting. My divisional management team, from senior level & downward, listened to the associates & encouraged open communication.

Cons

MetLife is a global corporation, sometimes it was overwhelming & many decisions were made that may have been good for business (profit) but not the associates. It resulted in many layoffs over the years.
