Good salary You get the experience to work with PB of data. Experience of AI transformation which will happen anywhere else maybe in 10 years

Cons

Constant layoffs Brutal performance review cycles Work life balance non existent Reorg or manager change every 2-3 months No stability No clear strategy from the CEO London office is no longer on strategic path hence all important parts of the business moved back to the US. There’s no career growth in London

Cons

Recent turmoil and chaos has driven down morales too much. Lots of thrash, change of priorities.
