Pros
Great benefits, very smart coworkers, high profile company, free food, free gym, transportation was provided. Quality of experience at FB varies a lot team to team and department to department. You might enjoy working there if you're in a different department or have different nature of work.
Cons
Working hours would often go into midnight or 2 am, VERY high turnover. My team had 6 different managers in the span of 8 months. Very low team morale, difficult stakeholders, and even after several career conversations with my manager, there was no clear path forward for promotion within the near future even though my performance was very strong. Ended up leaving for another company which paid me much more. Also, lots of negative press surrounding the company's scandals.
