Pros
Latinate and genuine leaders and employees despite what was shown in the media. People really cared.
Cons
Internal systems served as major road blocks and gatekeepers for serious leaders to move the needle in D&I. Every organization analyzes risk for every department and executes initiatives that serve the employee, culture, customer and company. However these roadblocks were were beyond mitigating risk and really kept everyone’s hands tied. Overcomplicating everything and stalling progress.
