Pros

Meta’s sales culture is incredibly data-driven and collaborative. The SDR training program provides excellent exposure to large-scale enterprise selling and modern outreach tools. You get to work with brilliant, motivated colleagues who genuinely push you to grow. Compensation and benefits are very competitive for an entry-level sales role, and leadership invests heavily in coaching and career development.

Cons

High pressure to hit ambitious quotas every quarter, which can feel overwhelming at times. Internal processes and approval layers can slow things down, especially when coordinating across teams. Because the company is so large, it can be hard to stand out unless you’re proactive about networking and visibility.

Pros

Super smart people, excellent learning opportunities, networking, free breakfast/lunch/dinner when in office, freedom to work how you want - from a couch, private office, at your desk, it’s literally a campus. Healthy drinks and snacks 24/7

Cons

If you’re not coding, you probably won’t last. And if you do - sorry but not for long.
