Pros
* Motivated and inspiring coworkers * Leadership is transparent and kind * Great pay * I get the sense that the company genuinely cares about me and this is a great feeling
Cons
* can be a lot of pressure to succeed with so many self motivated people * sometimes the transparency can be a distraction. The employees are very liberal and, in my opinion, sometimes too passionately share their views to the point where it is u professional.
