      Pros

      The culture and spirit of focus is unprecedented.

      Cons

      Now public, non revenue-focused parts of the company are finally raising an opinion and they are about 3 years behind what the revenue focused part of the company has been trying to do. Lots of monday morning QBs.

      Pros

      - Very very very smart, driven, down to earth people - Offices are usually in a great location, with loads of perks like free food - Relaxed work culture - Minimal hierarchy. Individual contribution is heavily emphasized over "face time" or working long hours for the sake of it

      Cons

      - Promotion path is still quite opaque - What it takes to be an outstanding employee seems more subjective than something an average employee can work towards

      Pros

      Awesome company where the employees are engaged with their jobs. The transparent and non-hierarchical culture is what employee respects most about the company.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing and changing like crazy. Re-org happens often, so some employees can get lost in the shuffle.
