Pros

Lot's of benefits, friendly coworkers, amazing locations.

Cons

All the benefits feels like they are trying to buy out your silence. You can tell the company is doing shady actions, and that there is an active social hierarchy in the office space (contingent workers get looked down on/ bottom of the food chain) lots of under staffing issues, and seeing how the buildings interpersonal relations are with other tenants in the building.

Pros

- Fast pace - Smart, kind people - Huge problems to solve with near infinite impact - Remote work / lots of accommodation for hybrid - Great offices, luxury perks - Top-tier integrity and security programs -- truly one of the most immense challenges you can work on - Great pay / healthcare / stock bonus / etc.

Cons

- Growing pains of going from mid -> large. Heavier processes have weighed/slowed things down considerably during my time. - Changes in company direction felt sudden and changed almost everything about the focuses of products - Leads don't say much anymore due to the large amount of leaks, things have been locked down more than they were before.

So far this has been an unbelievable new hire experience. Was initially coming onboard Kustomer as a new hire mid Feb bur the eta acquisition bumped my start date 5 weeks! To compensate eta offered impressive sign on bonus. Meta also increased the base oay initially offered by Kustomer. When you also add in the company RSUs, I am really pinching myself to see if this is real!
