Great learning opportunities and compensation but can be a pressure cooker

Pros

Intelligent and (mostly) kind coworkers, lots of really great people there. Tons of opportunities to learn, interesting technical problems. Compensation is excellent as are general benefits.

Cons

Very fast-paced work environment, constant re-prioritizations. Stack ranking leads to unhealthy internal competition. Have seen many great people being cut over the course of my 4-5 years there. Some teams are dog-eat-dog, have seen people join meetings from the hospital.
