Pros

People are smart and friendly on the teams I've been on. The coworkers I worked with every day are what made work better. Everyone was open to helping each other out. Benefits are also great.

Cons

Leadership is just laying people off every year and they have created a stressful and intense work environment. I worked here for 7 years after graduating and I was previously a summer intern also. It used to be great. Now investing in people's careers and helping them grow is no longer a thing. The people I know who have been laid off were smart people and great to work with. Make it make sense.
