      Pros

      Work from home, several paid holidays in the calendar year, flexible management, work-life balance, PTO accrued monthly, bonuses monthly depending on your productivity

      Cons

      They pay all their nurse care coordinators the same pay rate upon hire, unless they’re bilingual. Nursing experience isn’t taken into account at all. They expect certain productivity numbers to be met daily and weekly, but not everyone does and nothing seems to be done about it. Not sure if they give raises.

      Amazingly friendly coworkers and team leads. Good pay and good benefits.

      Reliance on people wanting to enroll to qualify your productivity, which seems to be out of your control many times.
