      Pros

      Schedule flexibility, work/life balance, pay isn’t bad, employees and supervisors are helpful.

      Cons

      required set metrix aren’t reasonable as a daily requirement. You will rush patient care in order to meet numbers for the day. It’s unrealistic so that part can be stressful. Lpn and Ma both start at same pay rate and experience isn’t factored.

      Pros

      This is a very team based company, even tho you are working remotely you never feel like your just out there on your own, I've always got help, encouragement and feedback right at my fingertips when I need it. Also very flexible, they really understand the struggle of balancing a life work relationship like no other company I have ever worked for!

      Cons

      I do wish a lot of our material such as handbook, clinical reference guide etc was supplied to you vs just being online.
