      Clean work, most of the work is in a shop on cement slab. respectable pay scale.

      Parking lot is pretty rough and muddy.

      Mismanagement. unrealistic expectations of some Workers but not others . Buddy system is at work here If you not a buddy prepare to be micromanaged
