      Mismanagement. unrealistic expectations of some Workers but not others . Buddy system is at work here If you not a buddy prepare to be micromanaged

      The people I worked with in the shop.

      Terrible Upper Mgmnt, anyone who is there over 5 yrs started with first owner. now they are broke, do not give raises, start you lowest pay, expect you to work your hardest with no reward Okay for temp work until find better job.
