      Great coworkers who cared and made huge efforts to contribute to the company and culture.

      Cons

      The culture could sometimes be suffocating. And some people were (inadvertently) taken advantage of.

      Pros

      Amazing people and a strong culture. The company is growing fast, which means lots of growth opportunities. The benefits are great.

      Cons

      Going through growing pains. There are a lot of growth opportunities but not a lot of structure around pathways to pursuing those opportunities. The pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. Diversity is improving but still a challenge.
