      Pros

      Method offers a variety of exciting projects with various clients and industries. There are also opportunities for career growth as both an Individual Contributor as well as Management. We are owned by a larger firm, GlobalLogic, but we operate under our own name and branding - this gives us a solid foundation on which to grow our business. We have great people who are very passionate about what they do!

      Cons

      Due to an acquisition and merger, we are going through some challenges with that. I have confidence that we will come away stronger, but it is a bit messy in the midst of everything.
