      Cool projects to work on

      Pros

      Method had a lot of friendly staff and cool projects to work on. They are also close by a lot of places to go to lunch which is nice :)

      Cons

      A lot cool project equals a lot of extra hours. So be prepared to work a lot of overtime. Also the parking situation is a bit of a pain. You have to walk pretty far to get to your car and after working late it's a little sketchy walking to your car.

      - Extremely talented designers. - Great culture. Everyone here is supportive of each others roles and strengths, feels like a family. - A great variety of clients with interesting projects.

      - Juggling a diverse set of projects can lead to some long hours.

      Pros

      The people and the work are both phenomenal. It is a supportive, creative and flexible environment that allows designers and support staff to be their best and do their best work.

      Cons

      There has been some shifting around in leadership, but the company is navigating it well and staying true to their mission and doing the best work possible for their clients.
