Pros

- Wonderful manager and senior manager - UK & European team are fantastic - Great, thoughtful and humble CEO - Interesting work (in places) and doing some cutting edge stuff - Pockets of industry-leading design - Work/life balance is very good

Cons

- Charlotte, North Carolina-dominated culture - Too many shortsighted tech bros in senior management - Growing so fast we're losing what made is great in the first place - we're supposed to be a premium consultancy but diluting fast - 1 HR person for the whole company is ridiculous

1. Method, India, is essentially run by the London office, which means you get to work with a global team from the start. 2. Super cool colleagues and senior management. 3. Flexible policies 4. High learning 5. Competetive pay

Cons

1. Connection with Global Logic means that for HR and IT-related stuff, you might face some roadblocks. But that's not a biggie!
