      Pros

      Method is the best place I've worked in my career. It's a team of smart, collaborative humans solving complex and interesting problems for some of the world's biggest brands. Lots of autonomy and trust and compensation packages are relatively competitive from what I've seen in the industry. I have and will continue to recommend Method to friends and colleagues as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Despite Method's great team and culture, it's still consulting, which comes with some downsides that are not for everyone. Not all clients are going to be great partners, but Method controls what it can control, and leadership is empathetic to the needs and career aspirations of team members, and in my experience makes an effort to staff projects accordingly.

      Pros

      Method is comprised of very talented and smart individuals in the management consultancy space. They are inclusive to job seekers looking for a change, and provide a lot of opportunity to learn and grow in product.

      Cons

      The culture is very tight knit. Great if you are in, but if you are an outlier it can be a problem.
