      Pros

      Some opportunities for development, very interesting work, challenging, competitive salary, maybe not enough for Malta cost of living but yes compared to other companies in the island

      Cons

      a lot of internal politics, very deshumanized, not a nice work cuture, high people turnover

      Pros

      Company appears to pay well, but if all of the hours are factored-in, the pay is not that much of a "pro".

      Cons

      Extremely long hours. No work/life balance. Always understaffed for the jobs they win. Most all of the senior/good employees have left on their own, or via buy-outs, due to the new North American VP/COO that was appointed last year in Southfield.
