Full of pretenders in top management, sucking thd company's blood and giving nothing in return. No organic growth, reslised too late. Engineers are treated as under dogs Good ideas are shot down by C players. No room for personal development unless part of the inner circle. Incompetent VPs, zero vision, just bossing around. Greedy for profits, no market knowledge nor customer centricity
