      Pros

      Employees are very nice to work with. Mexico team is very hands on and supportive. Health Plan is great, but very $$$

      Cons

      CEO, Executive VP's, VP's. All putting in new rules and want to blame employees. Commitments to customers are not kept, making the team look bad for not telling customers they will fail. No flex time
