      - Great office - Good Culture - Very detailed training ( the physical training can be looked into)

      Cons

      New hires in the billing office are expected to be in the office for training but the trainers are in their home. If it is not going to be physical one-on-one training then you might as well have new staff join the training remotely too. It doesn't follow with the care commitments of "Take care of each other, take care of ourselves". It may seem minor but these are part of the things that lead to high turnover.

      Pros

      Great company who hires people who truly live the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Wonderful opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The perception is they are behind on the IT/tech side, but I trust there are reasons for that to include increased cyber security breaches that have not happened to our system. There are opportunities to advance other services beside nursing services and have system representation for these service lines.
