      The Methodist Culture is the differentiator. From the moment you walk into any of the Methodist facilities the engaging, compassionate and genuinely kind staff that you have a chance to interact with is inspiring.

      Great place to begin or continue your career with people and systems to support and welcome you into the ongoing mission of bringing health, healing, and wholeness to our community and beyond. Excellent opportunities for development, growth, and advancement. Daily opportunities to make a difference no matter which department you work in. Financially stable and responsible organization with a growth mindset. Caring, responsive, and respectful attitude throughout.

      Cons

      Because the organization is growing and expanding, processes must adapt to meet and exceed current conditions and expectations. Occasional frustration with learning new processes or identifying opportunities and methods to improve what exists. Great feedback culture and responsiveness. Really miss daily contact with amazing people after they retire. (The best people work here!)
