      At the hospital people are so kind and want to help you

      If you will be located in a clinic please be very careful. We were in training and a lady and her manager literally got into an argument on camera. I was told what time training was less than a day before it actually was. My team lead didn't know how we received information for training [ I have no idea how a leader doesn't know that]. I was not even shown where to get water from, my first day of training I didn't have one person check in on me until I had been in the office 7 hours

      -Flexible scheduling, usually able to work the days I wanted

      Cons

      -Management not involved enough with day to day operations -Charge nurses deserve more than a few dollars extra an hour for all the responsibilities
