Pros
Benefits and pay are decent but can be better. Opportunities for advance is really good.
Cons
The ER director is AMAZING, words can't explain. So funny and easy-going. However he's all about the numbers and wants to get patients in and out of the emergency room, which has it's downfall in giving patients quality care. Typical workplace drama especially between the nurses. The nurse coordinator micro-manage everything but yet can't pass standard certification,is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Try not to get to involved with all the drama.
