      Pretty good overall except management

      Overall simple job with decent pay. Full time benefits are great. Keeps you on your feet. Pretty relaxed. Hours are flexible

      Cons

      Management is a pain. Afternoon lead takes advantage of her position and makes people do her jobs and has gotten rid of people she dislikes who preformed well. Multiple people have complained to the manger and supervisor and nothing has changed, HR has dismissed complaints. Mornings are more simple it is mainly issues with afternoon

      Team Members I work with.

      Upper management focuses on money and doesn't seem to care about what nurses need to maintain a safe patient environment. They expect you to do more with less staff.
