      Pros

      The people! One of the primary reasons I have stayed- the culture, the mission, the people. Benefits remain competitive. MHS has also shown extreme dedication to its employees through this time of COVID.

      Cons

      Even when reasons are understood, limited resources can be discouraging at times.
