-minimal pay -terrible benefit structure -toxic workplace culture. Petty nurses that get annoyed at patients & their families asking in depth questions about pt care. Staffing issues

You were not at all pleased with your nurse residency, which is unusual because our nurse residents typically feel that they get great training and career preparation in our accredited programs.
