      Pros

      -higher pay -good place to learn and grow, teaching environment. -doctors value your input -smaller hospital everyone knows each other Teamwork with coworkers

      Cons

      -patient population -management was a revolving door and will retaliate if you disagree with them. -IMC ratio of 1:4, med surg 1:6, icu 1:2 -made it difficult to get bonus with Binder requirement and loop holes. -revolving door for management and stupid rules
