      Stagnant opportunity for growth. Beware.

      Pros

      Almost impossible to get fired. Friendly and kind atmosphere generally amongst coworkers and across departments. If you stuck with them, they’ll stick with you. Superb cafeteria

      Cons

      People stay in their positions 20-40 years. Not much opportunity to grow at all. No real perks or bonuses outside of nursing. Generally apathetic attitude.

      Severe staffing shortages and lack of incentives for current staff.
