      It’s a job. Always has job openings. It’s in a convenient location.

      Cons

      Needs a better residency program. Overworked PCTs. A lot of racists patients. New inexperienced managers and clinical coordinators throughout the hospital. Always understaffed. Evident favoritism.

      This organization has a Family type culture, good leaders, team orientation, takes care of teams especially during covid

      Cons

      This organization has silos like every other organization in healthcare. It is one of the smaller health systems in the region.
