      extremely toxic work environment no structure management often drank alcohol on the job and had relations with their workers.

      None. If you’re actually a self sufficient, educated and skilled paramedic, think about it. A lot.

      Cons

      Money is ok. Some of the supervisors treat you like you’re stupid. Nurses too. Some are good/some are bad. Some of the supervisors try really hard to be good and actually serve their people. Most are not. At least in my opinion. One of them actually asked me ‘if I knew how to read’. You’ll do nothing but get treated like a dog instead of respected coworker. The stuff I’ve seen here is bonkers.
