      - EVERYONE will always be in your business - TECHS are the most over worked staff yet RPH gets more acknowledgment - MICROMANAGEMENT central at its finest ! - OLD PEOPLE who need to retire don't adapt to the change and will get you in trouble.

      Amazing teamwork, you are valued as an employee, respectful, fun, and energetic work environment, numerous opportunities for learning and growth, strong positive leadership that welcomes innovation, fulfilling career combined with chance to impact someone else's life, and garage parking for night shift

      Cons

      Methodist has great people in positions to positively impact the company and its employees. It has been my experience that any cons that arise are promptly fixed.
