      There are alot of negative reviews but the Doctor's and staff are excellent

      Methodist is not a bad place with work for

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, I love the people that I work with, most of the surgeons here are nice. I like working here (Methodist Richardson Medical Center).

      Cons

      Memorial Day is not paid holiday, HR is slow with hiring new people, health insurance is not competitive with market. Tuition reimbursement is not paid by the hospital 100% (unlike THR).
