      Pros

      Small hospital atmosphere. Nice holiday parties.

      Cons

      Poor pay for field. Very small raises even with excellent reviews, amounting to about $0.40 per year. Mundane cafeteria. Some employees allowed to rule departments, doing whatever they want while supervisors are off-site. Brag about an "open-door" policy, but HR and management don't make any changes.

      Pros

      For the most part, it was a good place to work. Staff Rn's, ancillary staff and MD's were a positive part of the experience.

      Cons

      Quality leadership lacking, Managers, Directors, and Executive leadership tone deaf and seemingly only interested in their own careers. Pay not competitive. All departments horribly understaffed, retention low(they fudge the retention data by keeping those who leave on prn status)
