      Great hospital, good care.

      Cons

      Managers were not great managers. They micromanaged units and didn't systematically look at problem solving.

      Pros

      Close to home and don't have to drive so far. Paid every two weeks. Most of the co-workers are friendly.

      Cons

      I work in food service, and it is terrible. Ara-mark is the company that has contracted in food service at the Methodist hospitals. Ara-mark is very unorganized, disrespectful and not a people person company.

      Having a set schedule with little call.

      Cons

      Leadership is not interested in you as a person or a professional. Manager is short sighted and develops friendships with other departmental employees that are not appropriate. Director/manager applies the policies of the corp differently for different employees dependent on you personal relationship.
