Pros

Great upper management and communication. I really enjoyed being a nurse at Methodist. If I had a concern I could go to management without any problems or red tape. At least twice a year the ceo meets with ALL of the employees. Very approachable.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive for RNs. We work hard but they pay does not compete with other local medical centers

Registered Nurse Float Pool

Pros

The Float Pool position allows you to set your own schedule, offers great money and gives you full autonomy. You can actually schedule your work around your life instead of trying to fit your life around a work schedule that has been set by someone else.

Cons

I hear that the Charleton location is hard on float pool nurses, this has not been my experience at Dallas. The Dallas location is very supportive and appreciative of the Resource team.
