      Benefits match 6% Retirement , Health insurance Ok.. work schedule is durable. Tuition reimbursement for education is offered.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you work or how well you succeed in Education there are no opportunities for advancement into higher-paying position. No mentoring or growth opportunity.

      Pros

      For the most part, it was a good place to work. Staff Rn's, ancillary staff and MD's were a positive part of the experience.

      Cons

      Quality leadership lacking, Managers, Directors, and Executive leadership tone deaf and seemingly only interested in their own careers. Pay not competitive. All departments horribly understaffed, retention low(they fudge the retention data by keeping those who leave on prn status)

      Pros

      This company is always hiring new RNs. All shifts are available, and it could be great for an individual with a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive, and the preceptorship is lacking. When I worked here I had an issue with a preceptor not being engaged in my training. I was left as a graduate RN to figure out complex issues on my own.
