      Income potential leadership potential Administration is changing Compensation model is changing (so I hear) Transitioning to Epic - 2016-17? Attempting to develop a more collegial atmosphere upon my departure

      Cons

      Compensation model based on production minus overhead - difficult to make a living without 3 or more colleagues to split the cost Minimal practice management support - MDs end up managing the office EMR is nexgen with lack of IT SUPPORT High ancillary staff turnover due to low pay and high expectations unrealistic quality measure goals with excessive documentation

      Large Health System Many ares and other facilities across the metroplex to transfer to Benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      Dallas Main Campus Sub par internship training Voted best places to work by employees "anonymously" but survey "demographic" questions make it obvious who's is completing them and the answers affect annual reviews Floor performance affects personal raises HR turns a blind eye to work place threats and violence No consideration for employee loyalty/seen as disposable

      Pros

      The system as a whole treats you as an individual, not just a number. Our CNO and President go out of their way to get to know you and frequently round on all departments. Their care is genuine and they advocate for their staff just as much as they do for their patients.

      Cons

      Methodist Celina has only been open less than a year. As a smaller facility, we have less resources overall but I think it adds to the teamwork of every department having to work more closely together.
