      I work at the best hospital in Dallas

      Pros

      The big names in the area are UTSW & Parkland, but the quality at Methodist Dallas is far superior. The culture here is unlike anywhere else I’ve worked before. Leadership listens and they take care of their staff.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better, but it’s competitive for the local market.
