      Too Much Administration.

      Pros

      The culture is very positive among actual healthcare providers. Very respectful of everybody. Good training. Very diverse.

      Cons

      The Pay rates is honestly not competitive. Too much administration that does not add value to the team. Benefits are a joke for a major hospital system.

      We take the safety of our patients and employees extremely seriously, which is why Methodist has 55 dedicated police officers serving five Methodist campuses. We also have a dedicated support, dispatch, and PBX communications staff working to keep Methodist a safer place.
