      Pros

      Great work life balance, scheduling time off is a breeze. Bonus incentives.

      Cons

      As mentioned by others, office rules do not apply to everyone; a lot of favoritism goes on around here. You will need to kiss managements' behind if your even thinking about moving up but wait!...your turn will come after 10+ years when someone decides to retire. Management walks around and has no shame in advertising that your job is always on the line " you are all replaceable". Forget about going to management for any concerns, you will be rediculed , accused of being a "kindergartner" and will be reminded that you need to grow some thick skin.

      Income potential leadership potential Administration is changing Compensation model is changing (so I hear) Transitioning to Epic - 2016-17? Attempting to develop a more collegial atmosphere upon my departure

      Cons

      Compensation model based on production minus overhead - difficult to make a living without 3 or more colleagues to split the cost Minimal practice management support - MDs end up managing the office EMR is nexgen with lack of IT SUPPORT High ancillary staff turnover due to low pay and high expectations unrealistic quality measure goals with excessive documentation

      Started off great but old management ways prove to be harmful and no changing to newer fresher ideas.

      1. Short commute 2. Easier to see a doctor or get healthcare while working at the hospital.

      Cons

      1. Management 2. No way to move up within the company 3. Pay-Compensation is horrible and they review process for a percentage of a raise a year is insanity. Giving someone fifty cents a year extra is ridiculous. 4. Fellow employees- this place is like High School all over agin
