Literally EVERYTHING else is a con!! I have been there more than 3 years and have gone through leadership change 4 times. Just when I think it couldn't get worse, HCA proves me wrong by hiring worse management that left. If this isn't bad enough, they are the lowest paying hospital in San Antonio and don't promote advancement through the company. I know someone who wanted to transfer and HR said they would need to take a $4/hr pay cut to attempt to better themselves plus there wasn't going to be any overtime offered to offset the pay cut.
