      Coworkers (some untrustworthy). Generally a decent work environment compared to others (though threatening at times depending on how insecure the manager)

      Cons

      Managements Abuse of Power using position for personal gain. Executive management is out of touch with with their senior managers and especially the corruption of their HR department.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive compared to other hospital systems. Merit or raise increases could be higher. Raises should be based on tenure and performance.
