Business Outlook
Pros
A lot of good people that care about their patients and want to do a good job and are willing to help. I was PRN and never attended any of the "mandatory" meetings and no one ever said anything to me. The management was there to listen if I ever had any issues. Overall, a good place to work for Med-Surg.
Cons
It was Med-Surg. Sometimes too many patients and I felt like I was overworked (but isn't that all med-surg?) Overall it wasn't too bad.
