Business Outlook
Pros
Good team in the IT&S department. Good Manager, Good Hours, Flexible Schedule, Good Health Plan, Co-workers are respectful and willing to share knowledge of procedures.
Cons
Pay is average, Having to work some strange shifts until staffing levels are brought back up to a good level. It took over 6 months to feel apart of the organization, a little close to start with. I have been here two years now.
